What About Packing and Flying?
We realize many of our folks don't travel by air often, and most have not traveled internationally. You'll need to be aware of current security and packing regulations as you prepare to travel--this affects everything from shaving cream to toothpaste. Know the rules and packing properly will save your team literally hours at their airport. The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has a website the details what you can and cannot pack and other security measures in place for air travel. Go there now...

Forming Your Global Support Team

U.S. Passport Information
If you are traveling with us in 2008, now is the time to go ahead and get a current U.S. Passport. You can download the form by clicking here (PDF), or visit travel.state.gov for complete information and details on obtaining a passport. It takes about 6 weeks to process a passport application, so apply early to avoid an expedited service fee later. You can turn in your passport application at the following local Post Offices:

  • Main Office, Monday - Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (Will do pictures for $15)
  • Crestline Office, Monday - Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon (Will do pictures for $15)
  • Hoover/Riverchase Office, Monday - Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon and 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. (Will not do pictures)
  • Vestavial Hills, Monday - Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon and 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. (Will do pictures for $15)
