About the Student Ministry
The Student Ministry at The Brook encourages teenages to make a mark--a lasting impression for Christ in their hearts and on their world. Through friendships, worship, Bible study, prayer, service and just hanging out, Brook Hills is a place to build strong connections to other students and to God. And it's a place where you can put your faith into action every day. Middle and high school students (grades 6-12) meet weekly at Brook Hills for Small Groups, worship and more.

New! Disciple Now - "Live." "Love." January '09
Don't miss Disciple Now 2009, featuring worship and teaching as part of the Student Life Conference, plus Bible studies and fellowship in host homes throughout the weekend. It's coming your way January 23-25, 2009.

This year, the Conference and Disciple Now focus will be "Live. Love." John 13:35 says, "By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another." Our command as followers of Christ is that simple and that hard.

This year's Conference speaker is Stuart Hall. He, along with Worship Leader, Kristian Stanfill and your Small Group leaders will teach us how to rediscover and reawaken what it means to "Live", "Love".

New! Book Clubs for Moms and Daughters
The Student Ministry at The Church at Brook Hills considers parents a vital part of our ministry. We see our role as being more than just the ministers to your students. Parents are a very important group of people we desire to minister to, support, and encourage. One of the ways we do this is to provide you with resources for you as the primary discipler in your teenager’s life. Our girls’ ministry is beginning a special ministry for Moms that we would like you to consider being part of.

Beginning September 29, we will have a monthly book club for moms. A 10:00 a.m. morning group and a 6:00 p.m. evening group are offered. Meetings occur one Monday a month in Alanna Arceneaux's home. Dates for the first semester are September 29 (kick-off meeting), October 20, November 17, and December 15. We will discuss an assigned portion of the text each meeting beginning October 20. Light refreshments and coffee will be served.

>Register for the 10:00 a.m. Group here.

>Register for the 6:00 p.m. Group here.

For more information, please contact Alanna Arceneaux at 313-7788 or aarceneaux@brookhills.org.
