Getting the Word Out
The Communications Ministry assists in "getting the word out" about ministries and events of our church. We're the folks to get information and details to, so we can share it with the Faith Family and the larger community.

Event Information Form
Click here to fill out an Event Information Form online, giving us the basic info. You can request an appointment, follow up or additional needs on the form. It'll come to us by email, and we'll respond promptly. Fill one out now.

Weekly Information Deadline
The weekly deadline for our Sunday Worship Bulletin is 5:00 p.m. on Mondays. The Communications Minister reserves the right to edit submitted information for length and content, and some requests may require additional approval before publication.

Hospitalizations and Bereavements
Pastoral care ministry, including hospital visits and bereavements, are handled by our Pastoral Care Ministry. You can contact the Church Office at 205.313.7777 to let us know of your need, or contact Tanya Poe, Pastoral Care Ministry Assistant, directly at 205.313.7740 or tpoe@brookhills.org
